The Director of Accounting at dbt Labs is responsible for leading the accounting operations and financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial statements while managing the accounting team and driving improvements in accounting processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software, especially NetSuite.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset.
