The Director of Accounting will lead the organization's general ledger and accounting records, providing professional advice on tax matters and overseeing treasury functions. This role involves collaboration to develop strategies, optimize costs, and enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including GAAP and indirect tax compliance.
• Experience with cash management and treasury operations.
• Proven track record of process improvement and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in a retail or multi-entity environment is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check.
