Requirements
12+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Experience with ServiceNow Workflows and Flow Designer.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Glide JavaScript).
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with integrations.
Good communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
