Implementation Engineer - Remote

Overview

Optibus is a unified software platform revolutionizing public transportation planning, scheduling, and operations in over 5,000 cities worldwide. We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our global Customer Success team, playing a key role in onboarding new clients and ensuring they achieve their desired value from the Optibus platform.

In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients using Optibus products.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal decision makers.
• Understand and manage clients’ organizational structures.
• Ensure timely and effective implementation cycles.
• Collect and analyze client feedback for strategic insights.
• Work closely with clients to define requirements and configurations.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles within SaaS.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Nice to have: experience in transit and public transportation.
