Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsive Legal Counsel to join us. This is a standalone legal role (only for the first few months) supporting a global business, ideal for a hands-on legal professional who is comfortable working independently and managing a wide range of legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Serve as the go-to legal advisor for global business functions.
• Monitor and manage legal risk across the organization.
• Handle corporate housekeeping matters and contract lifecycle management.
• Support compliance initiatives related to data privacy and regulations.
• Coordinate with external counsel on specialized matters.
• Maintain responsiveness and clarity in communications.

Requirements

• Law degree and bar admission in Israel.
• 2+ years of legal experience, ideally in-house counsel work.
• Strong understanding of commercial law.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment.
