Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a sharp, business-minded Legal Counsel to join our growing team at Elementor. In this role, you'll provide hands-on legal support across key areas like commercial contracts, privacy, IP, and employment law. You’ll partner with teams across the company to drive decisions, manage risk, and keep us moving fast and smart.

In Short

• Provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice to various teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements.
• Support legal aspects of marketing and product development.
• Monitor intellectual property and brand protection.
• Manage legal documentation templates and contract processes.
• Collaborate on privacy and data protection compliance.
• Partner with HR on employment law issues.
• Respond to internal legal questions and support global expansion.
• Report directly to the General Counsel.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an in-house counsel or in a tech-oriented law firm.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations and data protection laws.
• Strong business acumen for actionable legal advice.
• Experience in product-led companies is an advantage.
• Ability to lead cross-functional legal projects.
• Fluent English at a professional legal level.
• A proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset.
