Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

The Legal Counsel at RSI will oversee all contractual, subcontract and corporate legal matters. This position will be an integral part of the overall operational development of the company to include: develop corporate standards, best practices, processes & procedures; general corporate advice to all departments; provide training & guidance to company; support cross-functional activities; responsible for all contracts, subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other agreements; special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to US State bar and in good standing.
• Strong background in corporate law and compliance.
• Government contracting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and judgment skills.
• Superior presentation skills.
• Industry credentials or certifications preferred.
• Ability to work on physical requirements such as sitting for prolonged periods.
