In Short

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal matters related to remote gambling operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Support the legal team in managing litigation matters and potential legal risks.
• Assist in M&A and corporate transactional activities.
• Lead internal and external third-party onboarding and due diligence.
• Assist in new market entries and application for new licenses.
• Stay current with developments in the remote gambling industry.

Requirements

• 3-5 year’s experience as part of a legal team.
• iGaming experience is mandatory.
• Legal degree is mandatory.
• Excellent understanding of the iGaming landscape.
• Business focused, practical and commercial facing.
• Highly pragmatic and proactive.
• Synthetic thinker.
• High standards of meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of various tasks and work independently.
• Team player with a hands-on approach.
