Requirements

  • Experience in managing CRM in the online casino or iGaming industry.
  • Proven record of delivering automated and ad hoc campaigns.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail in content and execution.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and retention KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
  • Collaborative mindset for working across functions.
  • High standard for content quality and clarity.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
