Overview

We are seeking a Strategic CRM Manager to serve as the manager of our Salesforce CRM system and support our sales team. This role focuses on driving digital transformation and maximizing commercial performance across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of CRM administration experience, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Experience with data integration and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in campaign management and customer segmentation.
  • Certifications in Salesforce are preferred.
  • Knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
