CRM Manager - Remote

Overview

The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising our customer relationship management strategies and systems, working closely with various teams to enhance customer journeys and maximise customer lifetime value.

• Provide reports on trends and campaign performance.
• Stay updated with CRM best practices and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in CRM or marketing automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in e-commerce or SaaS is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Braze, Salesforce, or similar.
