• Drafting and reviewing corporate documentation.
• Preparing and filing statutory corporate documentation.
• Maintaining and updating statutory registers and corporate records.
• Providing legal support in corporate reorganisations and acquisitions.
• Managing corporate portfolios for compliance.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Supporting vendor scope of services and contractual risk allocation.
• Assisting with KYB/KYC processes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of corporate law and compliance.
• Experience in drafting legal documents.
• Knowledge of iGaming regulations.
• Ability to manage corporate portfolios.
• Familiarity with SaaS agreements.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
