Implementation Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for setting clients up for long-term success on Clutch products by managing the implementation process for our Customers.

In Short

• Lead and architect technical vision for large enterprise customer’s implementation.
• Work with and directly support our customers to craft the best possible experiences.
• Implement and troubleshoot Clutch solutions in various configurations.
• Be an expert on Clutch’s platform capabilities and app design patterns.
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple Implementation projects.
• Effectively communicate plans, progress, and status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science or strong technical training.
• 2+ years experience integrating with web APIs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to identify and communicate solutions to complex problems.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Ability to read, write, and understand code in multiple languages.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, GitHub, and terminal.
