  • 4+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS or fintech sales.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals.
  • Deep understanding of solution selling and value-based sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with credit unions or digital banking products.
