  • Serve as an expert on learning design best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in instructional design and engaging learning programs.
  • Ability to design learning ecosystems across multiple audiences.
  • Experience in organizing documentation systems for accuracy and alignment.
  • Comfort with LMS/CMS platforms and content creation tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate learning effectiveness.
  • Strong communication and visual design skills.
