Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning Sciences or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design.
  • Expertise in learner journey mapping.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical skills in design tools and project management.
