Overview

We’re seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and hands‑on Manager, Design to lead our internal design team within the marketing organization and own the visual and experiential expression of our brand across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in design roles within B2B tech or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B design work.
• Expert proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent visual sensibility in design.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for presenting concepts and feedback.
• Strategic mindset with an understanding of design's business value.
