Senior Paralegal - Remote

Overview

Ping Identity’s Legal team is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Paralegal to support our attorney responsible for global entity management, mergers and acquisitions activity, corporate governance, and SEC-related matters.

In Short

• Maintain global subsidiary records and organizational charts.
• Coordinate entity filings, annual reports, and compliance obligations.
• Assist with deal diligence and document collection for M&A.
• Help prepare board and committee materials.
• Manage contract signatures and document retention.
• Support integration work streams and corporate updates.
• Track governance-related deadlines.
• Discretion with sensitive information.
• Strong organizational support for SEC-related processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, HR, and other teams.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of paralegal experience in corporate or M&A.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance practices.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Discretion with sensitive information.
• Collaborative work style.
• Organizational judgment.
