Requirements

• Paralegal qualification.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Paralegal.
• Experience in LP Transfers.
• Knowledge of the US regulatory environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Regular client-facing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work with business managers directly.
