• Keller Postman seeks a Senior Paralegal to support its practice of representing clients in complex litigation.
• The role involves coordinating tasks and case assignments within an assigned practice area.
• Mentoring and training paralegals and legal assistants is a key responsibility.
• Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, motion practice, and discovery.
• Prepare and manage trial documents and exhibits.
• Conduct legal research and cite-check legal documents.
• Organize and maintain case files and documents.
• Communicate with courts, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Implement organizational systems for case management.
• Full-time position with a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

• 10 years of Paralegal experience required.
• 3 years of litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in trial preparation is a plus.
• Proficiency in legal citation practices and Bluebook formatting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coach and train junior staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of federal and state legal procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools like Westlaw.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
