• Keller Postman seeks a Senior Paralegal to support its practice of representing clients in complex litigation.
• The role involves performing complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Approximately 30% of time spent coordinating tasks and mentoring paralegals.
• This is a hybrid position: 3 days in Chicago office, 2 days remote.
• Compensation is $50/hour to $56/hour plus bonuses and benefits.
• Responsibilities include managing litigation phases and preparing legal documents.
• Conducting legal research using Westlaw and other resources.
• Coaching and mentoring junior legal staff to enhance their skills.
• Maintaining case files and implementing organizational systems.
• Communicating with courts, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10 years of Paralegal experience required.
• 3 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Trial experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• Proficiency in CM/ECF, PACER, Bluebook, and Westlaw.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail in legal writing and document preparation.
• Must maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
