Senior Paralegal - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Paralegal at Brex, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal team on a broad array of legal matters, managing and operationalizing various legal processes.

In Short

• Support the legal team on various legal matters.
• Manage legal requests, lien enforcement, and bankruptcy filings.
• Assist with corporate legal matters and due diligence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for legal support.
• Oversee legal process requests from law enforcement.
• Maintain tracking systems for legal proceedings.
• Administer lien, levy, and garnishment actions.
• Manage the company’s legal entities and compliance.
• Support corporate transactions and governance activities.
• Work in the Salt Lake City office at least 2 days a week.

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• 6+ years of experience as a corporate and/or litigation paralegal.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Strong technology skills, including Google Suite and Salesforce.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player willing to assist on various workstreams.
