Overview

As a Salesforce Administrator II at Brex, you will work as a core member of the Salesforce Engineering team, helping to configure, maintain, and scale the Salesforce ecosystem that powers our Sales, Support, and Operations teams.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and implement new Salesforce features.
• Manage day-to-day administration, including user management and security controls.
• Own configuration tasks end-to-end from understanding user needs to deployment.
• Build and maintain complex Flows and automation logic.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Tune existing configurations to specific engineering standards.
• Triaging and resolving bugs to maintain system reliability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce declarative development.
• Experience working in a sandbox environment.
• High standards for configuration and documentation.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
