Salesforce Administrator II - Remote

Overview

This role will see the successful candidate join the Enterprise Systems team as a Salesforce Administrator. The candidate will report to the Enterprise Systems Manager and will work both independently as well as part of a team. This role will be responsible for the daily operation of the Salesforce environment including Sales Cloud, CPQ and DocuSign CLM.

In Short

• Owns all aspects of user and license management.
• Salesforce configuration changes including workflow and process builder.
• Manage CPQ environment and integration.
• Sandbox environment management.
• Management of disaster recovery processes.
• Integrate and troubleshoot Salesforce with other systems.
• Support Sales enablement tools.
• Identify and gather requirements for scalable solutions.
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality.
• Provide exceptional end-user support.

Requirements

• Bachelors in a technical field such as IT or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
