Overview

The Advocacy & Customer Marketing Specialist II will be responsible for supporting the marketing department’s initiatives with a focus on advocacy marketing and sharing those stories and value through thought leadership tactics, social media, and marketing campaigns. The Advocacy & Customer Marketing Specialist II will be a part of cross-functional team efforts and must understand marketing objectives; be team-oriented, organized, and flexible; and possess strong writing skills, interpersonal communication skills, and creative thinking.

  • Build relationships with clients as Brand Advocates.
  • Generate customer content for marketing needs.

  • Develop testimonials and case studies with clients.
  • Assist with customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Support customer marketing and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Provide additional marketing support and project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years’ experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Diligent work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to undertake a wide range of tasks.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
