Overview

The Partners Group is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance their Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability and improving workflows.

In Short

• Manage Salesforce administration including user setup and system configurations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Automate processes using Salesforce Flow.
• Maintain sandbox environments and deploy changes.
• Monitor system performance and manage data backups.
• Collaborate with business users and IT team for enhancements.
• Review Salesforce releases and ensure smooth updates.
• Maintain system documentation and provide user training.

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator Certification with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow for process automation.
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices and system architecture.
• Experience managing user roles and security settings.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a collaborative technical team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
