Requirements

  • Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and document processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models.
  • Experience with Salesforce orgs scaling from small to large setups.
  • Proven experience in designing custom workflow automations.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Certifications preferred.
