Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and support our Salesforce environment, improving workflow efficiency and driving user adoption across departments.

In Short

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce environment, including user accounts and permissions.
  • Perform regular configuration changes and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with integrations and handle basic add-ons/extensions.
  • Implement automated processes to streamline workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for users.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Salesforce functionality.
  • Assist in data migration and integration with other systems.

  • Flexibility toward demands and changes as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Flow and Process Builder.
  • Experience with Salesforce Shield for data security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
