Overview

The Inventory Administrator provides essential administrative support within the inventory management function, focusing on patient communications, managing device orders and returns, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

In Short

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage cardiac monitoring devices.
  • Oversee patient correspondence for device returns and invoice disputes.
  • Assist in generating and mailing invoices for missing devices.
  • Manage the return of excess and defective products.
  • Generate sales orders for replacement phones.
  • Investigate issues related to device returns and invoicing.
  • Work with Sales to manage idle accounts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years experience with ERP/CRM software desired.
  • Experience in Medical Device/BioTech industries preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
