IT Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented IT Administrator to join our IT team in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll be a key part of our global team, working closely with our other IT Administrator dedicated to primarily supporting the Portugal region, and additional support globally, while also collaborating with colleagues around the world. Together, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

In Short

• Administer critical SaaS solutions, such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Jira Service Management, Slack, and Zoom.
• Manage and support Mac systems using Jamf Pro.
• Provide exceptional technical support to employees.
• Maintain in-office equipment for optimal performance.
• Manage IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential IT infrastructure issues.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
• Provide on-site technical support for events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT administration.
• Experience with an MDM solution like Jamf Pro.
• Experience with SaaS solutions such as Okta and Google Workspace.
• Comfort with core IT principles.
• A solid foundation in IT and a willingness to learn.
• Enjoyment in tackling technical challenges.
• A people-person attitude.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• A collaborative spirit.
• Fluency in English.
