IT Administrator - Remote

Overview

Arine is seeking a multi-platform IT Administrator to support our US operations, focusing on providing internal staff computer support for smooth operations.

In Short

• Provide onsite and remote support for laptop issues.
• Build and configure end-user systems in Mac, Windows, and ChromeOS.
• Work with manufacturers to resolve hardware and application issues.
• Support connected devices and accessories.
• Track and resolve issues using a ticketing system.
• Create and update standard operating procedures.
• Communicate troubleshooting steps effectively.
• Manage users with Office 365, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Conduct periodic user and access reviews.
• Assist with managing access controls.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of desktop support/management experience.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in a cloud-based environment.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of information security practices and HIPAA.
• Ability to analyze issues and develop solutions.
• Proficiency in English for communication.
