Overview

The IT Administrator will provide support for Proactis IT Systems and other third-party applications, ensuring the smooth operation of corporate IT systems and hardware.

• Provides support for Proactis IT Systems and third-party applications.
• Administers corporate telephone systems including IP phones.
• Supports company-issued hardware devices like desktops and laptops.
• Administers corporate IT systems such as Microsoft365 and Active Directory.
• Creates technical and procedural documentation for ITAS services.

Requirements

• Experience in supporting desktop operating systems and applications.
• Understanding of IT security issues including anti-virus and malware prevention.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Experience executing small projects for improvements.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS/SSL, and web cryptography.
