• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Servant-leader mindset.
• Nice-to-haves: startup experience, PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications, healthcare industry experience.
