Outreach Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Outreach Specialist at Arine, you will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes by engaging with pharmacies and delivering clinical services using Arine's software platform.

In Short

• Make 70-80 outbound calls daily to pharmacies.
• Resolve or escalate medication-related issues.
• Accurate record-keeping in Arine's software.
• Participate in process improvement meetings.
• Work under the supervision of a Clinical Support and Pharmacist Team Lead.
• Work remotely with occasional on-site meetings.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with clients and colleagues.
• Must have a private work area for information privacy.
• Experience in a high volume call center in healthcare is required.
• Comfortable with repetitive work in a call center environment.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a high volume call center.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google products.
• Ability to manage questions and resistance from pharmacy staff.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of PHI access regulations.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, Monday-Saturday.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience with auto dialers is a plus.
