Outreach Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Hatcher Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Outreach Specialist to support the Military OneSource program. In this role, you will plan, oversee, and execute outreach strategies that effectively engage military families and stakeholders.

In Short

• Plan and execute outreach strategies for Military OneSource.
• Support SMS/MMS messaging, email campaigns, events, and webinars.
• Refine messaging to meet objectives.
• Conduct message testing and implement tracking mechanisms.
• Analyze engagement metrics and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors for webinar content.
• Monitor audience behavior and enhance campaign performance.
• Provide input to outreach After Action Reports.
• Support event logistics and attend events as needed.
• Collaborate with team members in a flexible work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with digital outreach tools and analytics.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Experience with government or military programs is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and fluent English speaker.
