Overview

The Outreach Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing Patient Experience and driving Montu’s success by serving as the proactive voice of the call centre, responsible for inbound and outbound patient engagement.

In Short

  • Participate in outbound patient outreach and inbound patient calls.
  • Identify patient needs and guide them to appropriate resources.
  • Manage complaint resolution and patient retention.
  • Take ownership of complex patient cases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Conduct proactive outreach based on patient feedback.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Support onboarding and treatment journey coordination for patients.
  • Work closely with the Outreach Lead to optimise workflows.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics.

  • Experience with high volume customer queries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
