Outreach Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Outreach Specialist will be the first point of contact for eligible member families, introducing them to Nest Health’s in-home care model and ensuring targets are met for signing up families for primary care services.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in outreach or campaigning.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
