Outreach Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Outreach Specialist will work to convert eligible families into active Nest Health members by effectively communicating Nest's value, handling questions and objections, and scheduling initial visits. This role directly drives enrollment growth and ensures each market meets or exceeds new patient targets.

In Short

• Connect with patients and families with an empathy-led, humanistic approach
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, texts, emails)
• Deliver clear and compelling messaging about Nest Health's care model
• Use Nest's CRM system (Salesforce) to manage call lists
• Meet and exceed enrollment goals
• Collaborate with manager and teammates to refine scripts
• Identify opportunities to improve outreach effectiveness
• Work flexible or extended hours as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or similar environment
• Minimum of 1 year experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
• Experience working in outreach or campaigning
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Manage objectives with confidence and close conversations
• Bilingual skills (Spanish and/or other) strongly preferred
