Outreach Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Outreach Specialists plays a vital role in advancing Nest Health's mission through proactive, relationship-based outreach and community engagement, ensuring families gain access to comprehensive, in-home primary care services.

In Short

• Conduct telephonic, email, text and in-person outreach to eligible families.
• Use CRM tools to manage eligibility lists and meet outreach targets.
• Build relationships with community agencies to improve access to families.
• Identify activation strategies for families to select Nest as their PCP.
• Help refine reporting and dashboards to meet engagement targets.
• Participate in developing messaging and conversation guides.
• May work flexible hours to meet business goals.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience meeting ambitious sales targets preferred.
• Team player with collaboration skills.
• Creative problem solver with engaging personality.
• Experience in outreach or coordinated campaigning.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
• Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus.
