In Short

• Conduct direct telephonic outreach to patients on provided list
• Follow standard messaging while ensuring high customer service
• Act as a liaison for patients and practice
• Respond to incoming and outgoing calls, texts, and emails
• Educate patients on services offered by the practice
• Identify outreach trends and report findings
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information
• Collaborate with market team & practice leadership
• Conduct outreach to community partners
• Coordinate efforts to manage and grow enrollment

Requirements

• Willing to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm PT
• 2 years of healthcare experience required
• 1 year of telephonic customer service experience
• Understanding of call center performance operations
• Experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting
• Comfort using technologies for patient interactions
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
• Strong communication skills
