• Assist with end-to-end event coordination.
• Manage pre-event and post-event fulfillment.
• Coordinate vendor relationships for booth materials.
• Conduct research on audience targeting and competitor ads.
• Support campaign planning and execution.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts.
• Help coordinate photo/video shoots.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of marketing experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
