Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support campaigns, content, and broader marketing efforts across a fast-paced, growth and revenue-focused B2B healthcare marketing team.

In Short

• Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Develop digital campaign assets including emails and landing pages.
• Manage timelines and coordinate with team members to keep campaign deliverables on track.
• Write and edit content for various marketing materials.
• Maintain and manage social media presence.
• Support product marketing execution and coordination.
• Gather insights and competitive intelligence for product updates.
• Provide feedback to inform marketing strategy.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all content.
• Adapt to various projects and shifting priorities.

Requirements

• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Exposure to product marketing or go-to-market initiatives.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Light design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Basic understanding of SEO and website content best practices.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communicator.
• Proactive and dependable in managing projects.
• 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• BS/BA in Marketing or related field preferred.
