Overview

The Client Services Specialist (CSS) oversees the revenue cycle for assigned clients and is responsible to ensure clients meet targets for KPIs, retention, and time to revenue. The CSS will serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the practice and the Sutherland Global RCM team.

In Short

  • Establish strategic advisor relationships with clients.
  • Provide insight on financial health and guidance for improvement.
  • Complete business review presentations for clients.
  • Report trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Document meeting notes in Salesforce.
  • Handle client needs and resolve conflicts.
  • Develop action plans for client escalations.
  • Maintain regular contact with RCM contacts.
  • Identify at-risk clients and determine actions for retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership on quality and productivity barriers.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of full cycle RCM and EHR systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor in client interactions.
  • College degree or relevant experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in RCM and customer service.
  • CPT and ICD10 knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
