Overview

The Client Services Specialist will proactively address client issues with an emphasis on clear communication and support Etix’s growing client base via phone and email, as well as onsite at live events.

In Short

  • Tasks include creating events and providing technical support.
  • Travel to live events is required, up to 40% during peak seasons.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Must be flexible with working nights and weekends.
  • Collaborative team player needed.
  • Web and tech savvy is essential.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of the ticketing industry and live events.
  • Ability to adapt in high-paced environments.
  • Commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Must be a self-starter and problem solver.
