Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT administration or technical support.
• Proficiency in two or more technologies: Windows OS, MacOS, etc.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and cloud services.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel.
