VRAI is a rapidly growing digital-first brand focused on modernizing diamond jewelry through sustainable practices. The Jewelry Designer will play a crucial role in executing and presenting design concepts that align with the brand's identity and values.

In Short

• Lead concept development for diamond jewelry designs.
• Create detailed sketches, CADs, and technical drawings.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.
• Manage vendor CAD work for technical viability.
• Support custom order CAD creations during high-volume periods.
• Maintain the 3D file library and manage file sharing.
• Participate in weekly product development meetings.
• Ensure designs are marketable and align with company objectives.
• Work independently while meeting project deadlines.

Requirements

• Graduated from a top Jewelry Design School or 5 years of CAD work experience.
• Mastery of hand sketching, gouache, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD software.
• Extensive knowledge of the fine jewelry industry and materials.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and project management skills.
• Experience creating custom designs is a plus.
