Designer - Remote

Overview

As our first full-time designer, you will lead the design of intuitive, user-centric product interfaces, while also shaping our website, marketing, and sales assets.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end product design for our product
• Conduct user research and turn insights into actionable design improvements
• Collaborate with engineers to implement high-quality user interfaces
• Design and iterate on Realm’s website and marketing collateral
• Support BD and leadership with custom visuals for investor updates
• Create Realm-branded materials like pamphlets and business cards
• Drive improvements to our website and sales deck
• Shape the brand and product of a category-defining company
• Work on mission-critical problems at the intersection of AI and security
• High ownership, high impact role with direct influence on company growth

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product, UI/UX, or visual design
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital product and visual design work
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills
• Self-starter mindset; excited to build systems and standards
• Willing to travel to talk to customers
• Based in North America
• US citizen or permanent resident
