Designer - Remote

Overview

At AltScore, design is not just how things look—it’s how they work, communicate, and build trust. We’re looking for a Designer who’s passionate about visual storytelling, detail, and consistency. You’ll work closely with our Lead Designer to ensure that our brand is expressed clearly across every touchpoint—internal and external. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Brand, contributing to the design system, supporting campaigns, and upholding design quality in day-to-day execution.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Design Team to maintain and evolve the AltScore brand system across all channels.
• Design on-brand marketing and product assets: from presentation to social media visuals and landing pages.
• Ensure visual consistency across all company communications—both internal (slide decks, reports) and external (campaigns, customer-facing interfaces).
• Support the Product and Marketing teams with fast, reliable design execution.
• Help maintain and organize shared design libraries and templates (Figma, Google Slides, etc.).
• Assist in QA’ing design outputs across teams for brand alignment and visual polish.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or brand design.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• A good eye for consistency and visual detail.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand-aligned visual work across different media.
• Bonus: Experience designing for both digital products and marketing campaigns.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 USD per month, depending on skills and experience.
