HR Manager - Remote

Overview

AltScore is seeking a dynamic and systems-oriented HR Manager to build and lead our end-to-end people function. In this role, you won't just manage HR; you will design the organizational engine that powers AltScore’s growth. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle: from the first touchpoint in recruitment to high-level performance systems, ensuring we scale in headcount while maintaining a lean, high-performance culture that drives 5x ARR growth.

In Short

• Design and manage all people-related processes, including payroll oversight and compliance.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle focusing on revenue-driving roles.
• Own the performance management system and ensure alignment with growth targets.
• Develop initiatives to foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Design a world-class onboarding journey for new hires.
• Identify skill gaps and implement development programs.
• Track and report on key HR metrics for actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations in all operational markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or Talent Acquisition.
• Generalist mindset comfortable with both strategy and execution.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or Fintech startup environment.
• Exceptional bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Expert-level command of HRIS and ATS tools.
• Execution-focused with a hands-on approach to building systems.
