Overview

As a Delivery Manager at AltScore, you are the driving force behind timely, high-quality customer implementations. You coordinate resources, remove blockers, and build processes that empower our delivery engineers to focus on what matters most—technical excellence and customer success. Your mission is to optimize project execution, develop team capabilities, and maintain operational excellence that fuels AltScore’s growth and client satisfaction.

In Short

• Project Pipeline Management & Resource Allocation: Ensure delivery projects are executed on-time and on-scope by prioritizing work aligned with Customer Success.
• Team Development & Capability Building: Grow the skills and project management capabilities of delivery engineers.
• Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Design, document, and continuously improve delivery processes.
• Customer Relationship & Communication Management: Set clear customer expectations and proactively communicate.
• Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
• Business Impact & Performance Analytics: Monitor delivery performance metrics and continuously improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience leading delivery or project management teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize performance.
• Experience developing processes and driving operational excellence.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in dynamic environments.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 USD per month, depending on skills.
